Jr NTR AI Morphed Chuttamalle Video: Actor Jr NTR has strongly condemned an AI-morphed video linked to the song Chuttamalle from his film Devara, which has been circulating on social media.
Reacting to the video, Jr NTR said the use of artificial intelligence to degrade and disrespect women was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. He also warned that legal action would be taken against those responsible for creating and circulating the morphed content.
In a strongly worded social media post, the actor referred to India’s cultural tradition of respecting women and said that “Matrudevo Bhava” was not merely a phrase but an integral part of the country’s values.
“Using AI to create something this vile is shameful beyond words,” Jr NTR said, while condemning those behind the morphed video.
He said he would pursue all possible legal avenues against the individuals involved in creating the video as well as those responsible for spreading it on social media.
Jr NTR also appealed to people not to view, share or engage with such content, warning that the misuse of AI could affect anyone.
“Today it is someone else. Tomorrow, it could be your mother, sister, wife or daughter,” he said, stressing the seriousness of the issue.
The actor further urged State governments and the Government of India to take strong measures and introduce stricter regulations to prevent the misuse of artificial intelligence.
The incident has once again brought attention to concerns surrounding the creation and circulation of deepfake and AI-generated content involving public figures, particularly when such technology is used to manipulate images and videos in a degrading manner.
Jr NTR’s strong response to the incident has since gained significant attention on social media, with users discussing the need for greater accountability and safeguards against the misuse of AI technology.
