The Andhra Pradesh Government has integrated SADAREM services with the Mana Mitra WhatsApp Governance platform, enabling persons with disabilities to book appointments, check slot availability and download certificates through WhatsApp.
Amaravati: In a major step towards expanding citizen-centric digital governance, the Andhra Pradesh Government has launched SADAREM (Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment) services on the Mana Mitra WhatsApp Governance platform, enabling persons with disabilities to access key services directly through their mobile phones.
According to the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS), the initiative has been introduced under the directions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to make disability-related services faster, more accessible and hassle-free.
With the launch of the service, beneficiaries no longer need to visit MeeSeva Centres, Swarna Grama or Swarna Ward offices to book SADAREM appointments or obtain disability certificates.
Instead, users can now complete the entire process through Mana Mitra WhatsApp Governance by sending a "Hi" message to 9552300009.

The RTGS said the digital initiative reflects the Andhra Pradesh Government's commitment to making public services more inclusive and technology-driven.
By integrating SADAREM with the Mana Mitra platform, the government aims to ensure that persons with disabilities can conveniently access essential services anytime and from anywhere without visiting government service centres.
The government has appealed to all eligible beneficiaries across the state to make use of the new facility and benefit from the ease and accessibility offered through Mana Mitra WhatsApp Governance.
